URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC 513 AM EST Sun Nov 8 2026 ...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31. * WHERE...Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Orange, Culpeper, Southern Fauquier, and Madison Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest temperatures are expected in sheltered valley locations below 500 feet in elevation.
