Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Locally up to 5 inches possible at higher elevations. * WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Susquehanna, Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Pike Counties. In New York, Sullivan and Delaware County. * WHEN...Advisory in effect through 4 AM Sunday. Snow will continue through the evening before diminishes between 1 AM and 3AM. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
