URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Binghamton NY 835 PM EST Thu Dec 6 2018 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches, bringing total snowfall accumulations of 3 to 6 inches. * WHERE...Northern Oneida County. * WHEN...Light snow continues this evening. A brief burst of heavy snow is possible between about 9 PM and midnight before the snow tapers off to flurries overnight into early Friday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
