Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, are expected. Visibility will be one half mile or less at times. * WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast. * WHEN...to 6 AM Friday. Snow, blowing snow and winds will remain heavy through tonight.
