URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Fairbanks AK 448 PM AKST Thu Dec 6 2018 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected, with areas of freezing rain. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected. A light glaze of ice will form. Visibility will be one half mile or less at times. * WHERE...Yukon Delta. * WHEN...Until noon Friday. Areas of freezing rain will occur through this evening. Snow and blowing snow will become more widespread tonight and continue through Friday. Conditions will improve Friday afternoon as winds decrease. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for reduced visibilities at times. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
