Expect wind chill to range from 40 below zero to 55 below zero. * WHERE...Lower Yukon Valley. * WHEN...Now to 6 PM Saturday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chill will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
