URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Portland OR 259 PM PST Mon Feb 11 2019 ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM PST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Snow level 3000 to 4000 feet this evening. Snow level lowering overnight. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 feet in the Cascades above 3000 feet with highest amounts in the north. * WHERE...North and Central Oregon Cascades. * WHEN...Until 6 PM PST Tuesday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible at times due to heavy snow and occasional white out conditions.
