Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches expected, mainly over the higher terrain south of Tennant. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph in exposed areas. * WHERE...North Central and Southeast Siskiyou County including higher terrain south of Tennant. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 11 AM PDT Monday.
