Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...South Central Siskiyou County, above 4000 feet elevation. This includes Snowmans Summit on Highway 89. Also, light to moderate snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches may impact Interstate 5 at Black Butte Summit Monday morning. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 11 AM PDT Monday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult.
