Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches, except 10 to 20 inches west of Highway 395 possible. Lighter accumulations up to 4 inches are possible down to valley floors. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
