Wayne County in central North Carolina... Johnston County in central North Carolina... * Until 830 AM EDT * At 529 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Three to five inches of rain have fallen in the past 6 hours in the warned area. Flash flooding is occurring or will soon occur. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Goldsboro, Smithfield, Benson, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Micro, Selma, Four Oaks, Pine Level and Kenly. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
