.A strong cold front will continue moving across the region this
morning, bringing much colder air and snowfall to much of
northern and central Colorado. 2 to 6 inches of snow should
accumulate in portions of the northern and central mountains of
Colorado, with 2 to 4 inches near Steamboat Springs. The snowfall
will impact all roads through the northern and central Colorado
mountains, especially over Vail and Rabbit Ears Pass.

Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. * WHERE...Upper Yampa River Basin, including Steamboat Springs and Yampa. * WHEN...Until noon MDT today. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially along Highway 40 to the east of Hayden through Steamboat Springs. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
