Strong winds can be expected today through Friday morning. * Impacts...Sensitive vegetation may be killed or damaged if not protected or brought indoors. Northwesterly cross winds along roadways may make driving difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. A wind advisory means that sustained winds of at least 30 mph and/or wind gusts over 45 mph are expected.
