Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow reducing the visibility to one half mile or less at times. * WHERE...Deltana and Tanana Flats. * WHEN...Noon Wednesday to 6 AM Friday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds and blowing snow will develop during this evening, with the strongest gusts expected north of Fairbanks.
