Additional snow accumulations of an inch or less. * WHERE...Monroe County in Pennsylvania. The New Jersey counties of Sussex, Warren and Morris. * WHEN...Until 4:00 AM. * IMPACTS...Travel will remain difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lingering light snow is expected to come to an end by daybreak. Untreated roads, walkways and parking lots will remain slippery. If you will be going out overnight, use extra care.
