Soils are already saturated and additional rainfall, even lighter amounts, will only exacerbate run off. An additional one half to one and a half inches of rain are expected within the watch area. Locally higher amounts will be possible, especially across the higher terrain of north Georgia. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
