Expect wind chills as cold as 55 below zero. * WHERE...Along the Elliott Highway. * WHEN...Now until 6 AM Sunday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.
