Northern Jack County in north central Texas... Northern Wise County in north central Texas... * Until 345 AM CDT. * At 126 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding ongoing with several unpassable roads across northern Jack and Wise counties. The heaviest rain has ended, but moderate rain will continue for the next several hours, with up to 1 to 2 inches of additional rain possible. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
