Central Hancock County in west central Illinois... * Until 1145 AM CDT Tuesday. * At 542 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain have already fallen from around Elvaston to west of Stillwell. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Expect flooding of roadways, creeks, streams and low lying areas. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
